Getting Started:
Once you have contacted us to discuss you interest in a photo shoot and decided to go ahead, you will need to have signed a service agreement with us, which agrees the terms of business, payment details and confirms that you give permission for the tour to be published on google. The price is normally calculated based on the number of panoramas required for the size of the property. This can be planned in advance with you either with a site visit or provisionally by phone.
Preparing Online:
You will need to have a verified Google Plus business page for your tour. This is your Google business entry your tour will be linked to in Google so people can find you online. You can find further information from Google at the following address: https://business.google.com/create
Preparing Your Premises:
You will need to prepare your business in advance of our photo shoot with you. Check that all the decor, business products, lighting and layout is as you want it to show off your premises. If there are table candles, please be ready to light these after we have arrived to photograph. You can choose to have your shoot with or without people and customers present. If people or customers are present, their faces will be blurred out in accordance with Google requirements for street view.
Shooting times will depend on the size of the business. As a guide, for most businesses, please allow 1 to 2 hours for the photo shoot for a small to medium size premises.
Post Production
We take care of all the post production of images in preparation for publishing to Google. This includes converting photos to panoramic files, linking images to your Google Places listing, mapping out the location of the panoramas and linking them together to form a tour. Your payment will need to have cleared before we can publish to Google. We will upload and publish to Google. Once your tour is published and live, you are ready to allow your web designer to embed the tour on your own website or social network sites.
