Download Instructions:
You should find two buttons:
- ▼ ZIP download ALL: ….. – this button which is near the top will download the high resolution versions of all the images. (If there is more than one zip download button on the page, you will need to click the button for each part.)
- ▼ DOWNLOAD:….. – this button which is next to the main image will download one high resolution version of the current image on display.
Any problems:
- Please use the download buttons. Do not use a mouse right click ‘save’ otherwise you will only end up with a small compressed image instead of the original high res version.
- Buttons dont do work? – There is a bug with some newer versions of Internet Explorer that does not activate the buttons. This page works correctly in other browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Safari. If you only have internet explorer, please try changing to ‘compatability view’ ( Tools -> Compatibility View ). To download Chrome, please visit: www.google.com/chrome
- Zip files – The zip download file will be sent as a compressed ‘zip’ folder. You need to make sure you keep the ‘.zip’ extension at the end of the file name when you save it. If you did not keep the extension, you can always rename the file after downloading by adding the extension ‘.zip’ at the end of the filename. - Zip file corrupted? – If you experience any error messages when trying to open the zip file, please try downloading the file again. (Sometimes a zip file may get ‘corrupted’ during the download process if the download was interrupted). If you find this does not solve the problem, please try this sample zip file called ‘sample.zip’ from another site: https://apps.memopal.com/d/index.php?PLNQTEJY
- ‘These downloads no longer online’ – if you see this message under the main photo, the original high res images may have been removed. Please contact us to see if it is possible to reinstate them.

If you cannot download this sunset photo, there may be a compatibility problem with your computer. If you have tried these steps or this does not help, please send us an email with the page link, and we can test to see if it is an error our end.
